Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback

Requirements

  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area

Preferred skills

  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
