Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines

Requirements

  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

Eligibility

You must be legally resident in United Arab Emirates to apply. The indicative range for this role is 1,300–3,100 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
