Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Kuwait (candidates near Ahmadi preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
