Job summary

About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
