Remote Online Tutor – Fresh Graduates | Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Bahrain. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Recommend extra practice resources

• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet

• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day

There is a clear path from this role into a mid-level position as your skills grow.

You must be legally resident in Bahrain to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
