Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Oman. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
