Remote Online Tutor – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Record attendance and session notes
• Recommend extra practice resources
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept

• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Fully remote work with no commute

• Mentorship from an experienced team lead

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
