About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Clear written English
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Arabic communication skills
