About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Bahrain. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong organisation and time management

Preferred skills
