Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote virtual assistant position based in Oman. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Clear written English
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management

Preferred skills

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
