Job summary

About the role

This remote virtual assistant vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings

Requirements

  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
