Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Arabic communication skills

Eligibility
