About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience
