About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Lusail preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills
