About the role

We are hiring for a remote virtual assistant position based in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening

Requirements

  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Arabic communication skills
