Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills

Eligibility

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 1,300–2,950 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
