About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening

Requirements

  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong organisation and time management

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity

Eligibility
