About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Fujairah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication skills
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
