Remote Tutoring Assistant – 0–1 Years | Muscat, Oman

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
• Record attendance and session notes
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Recommend extra practice resources

• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 300–700 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
