Job summary

About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Oman. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet

Preferred skills

  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

Eligibility
