Remote Tutoring Assistant – 1–2 Years | Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Saudi Arabia. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
• Record attendance and session notes
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video

• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area

• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Experience with digital whiteboards

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset

You must be legally resident in Saudi Arabia to apply. The indicative range for this role is 4,200–9,450 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
