Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video

Requirements

  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards

Eligibility

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 350–800 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
