Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in Kuwait. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
