Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home online tutoring opportunity for people living in Qatar. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level

Requirements

  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

Preferred skills

  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
