Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Recommend extra practice resources

Requirements

  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

Preferred skills

  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

Eligibility

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 400–900 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
