Remote Tutoring Assistant – No Experience Required | Kuwait

A work-from-home online tutoring opportunity for people living in Kuwait. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Recommend extra practice resources

• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Wellness day each quarter
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Kuwait to apply. The indicative range for this role is 200–550 KWD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
