Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in Kuwait (candidates near Farwaniya preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana

Eligibility
