Job summary

About the role

This remote virtual assistant vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Clear written English
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication skills
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
