About the role

This remote virtual assistant vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Previous admin or reception experience
