Remote Visual Content Designer – 0–1 Years | Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Bahrain. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Ability to follow brand guidelines

• Arabic typography awareness
• Illustration skills
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere

• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
