Remote Visual Content Designer – 0–1 Years | Farwaniya, Kuwait

This remote graphic design vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Farwaniya preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure

• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Ability to follow brand guidelines

• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Arabic typography awareness

• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance

• Paid onboarding and structured training

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
