Remote Visual Content Designer – No Experience Required | Al Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure

• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Ability to follow brand guidelines

• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Illustration skills
• Arabic typography awareness
