Remote Visual Content Designer – No Experience Required | Salalah, Oman

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Maintain a reusable template library

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Reliable computer able to run design software

• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Understanding of social ad specifications
