Social Media Designer – Remote – Junior Level | Doha, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• An eye for layout, balance and typography

• Illustration skills
• Arabic typography awareness
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Understanding of social ad specifications
