Social Media Designer – Remote – Junior Level | Salalah, Oman

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Maintain a reusable template library

• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Ability to follow brand guidelines

• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Illustration skills
• Arabic typography awareness

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions

There is a clear path from this role into a mid-level position as your skills grow.

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 200–500 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
