Social Media Designer – Remote – No Experience Required | Sohar, Oman

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Organise design files in a clear folder structure
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates

• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Reliable computer able to run design software

• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Arabic typography awareness
• Illustration skills
