Social Media Designer – Remote – No Experience Required | United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in United Arab Emirates. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes

• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools

• Arabic typography awareness
• Illustration skills
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Understanding of social ad specifications

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Wellness day each quarter
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.

You must be legally resident in United Arab Emirates to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,000–7,100 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
