About the role

This remote virtual assistant vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Dammam preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Previous admin or reception experience
