Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in Bahrain. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes

Requirements

  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong organisation and time management

Preferred skills

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Arabic communication skills

Eligibility
