About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Clear written English
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred skills

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana

Eligibility
