About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years
