About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Mecca preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening

Requirements

  • Clear written English
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years
