About the role

This remote virtual assistant vacancy is open to candidates in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Responsibilities

  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Clear written English
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana

Eligibility
