About the role

This remote virtual assistant vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
