Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Jeddah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Previous admin or reception experience
