About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Lusail preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Clear written English
  • Strong organisation and time management

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
