About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Lusail preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening

Requirements

  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
