Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
