Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Riyadh preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Previous admin or reception experience

Eligibility
