E-commerce Operations Assistant – 0–1 Years | Fujairah, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Fujairah preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
